The shared farm garden, at 331 rue du vieue bourg, in Veauchette, which suffered greatly from drought and extreme heat, still displays its autumn and winter vegetables.

Spend some gardening time in a friendly atmosphere

The structure aims to create social ties while respecting the environment and biodiversity. Around fifty members come to spend some gardening time in a friendly atmosphere.

Workshops are offered such as an autumnal hanging workshop, decorative creations mixing different plants, or a treasure hunt.

On Saturday, November 4, another workshop entitled “Wild” will introduce participants to the wild plants of the garden.

Recognize, cook and taste wild plants

They will be able to learn to recognize them without making a mistake, then to cook and taste them. Wild plants with multiple benefits are numerous in and around the garden: purslane, plantin, nettles, sloes, etc., But they are most of the time forgotten by gardeners. A cooking workshop will extend the picking, followed by an aperitif dinner to taste the various preparations.

Participation: 25 euros per person, drinks and meals included. Registration required by email: [email protected]; or 06.03.09.54.39. Facebook: The farm is shared. Website: helloasso.com/la-ferme-se-partage
