120 g grated parmesan
1 teaspoon of dried thyme

The steps of the recipe for crispy parmesan potatoes
Preparation: 10 minsCooking: 40 mins
Cut the potatoes in half and widthwise.
Arrange the parmesan in a baking dish, then add the potato halves. The cut part should face the cheese. Sprinkle everything with dried thyme, and finish by drizzling with a drizzle of olive oil.
