Dietitian Violette Babocasay says: “Making nuggets yourself isn’t complicated”. Moreover, the young woman proves it by sharing on her Instagram account her recipe for nuggets without frying, much less fatty, healthier and healthier but just as delicious. Because according to her, “industrial nuggets should not be banned but should preferably be consumed occasionally”. So why not cook as a family and show your children that there is nothing better than homemade nuggets. Go to the stove.

The oven is your best ally for less fatty recipes like here with this preparation of nuggets without frying. And for a 100% healthy meal, the dietician recommends accompanying the nuggets with, for example, “air fryer fries (if you have one) and raw vegetables for a delicious and balanced meal”. So, to make these nuggets, here are the steps to follow.

For the ingredients you will need:

  • 1 chicken breast
  • salt
  • paprika
  • 2 eggs
  • sweet and sour sauce (optional)
  • corn flakes
  • olive oil
