Ingredients

  • 1 large zucchini
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoon of tomato coulis
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 50 g of parmesan
  • olive oil
  • salt pepper

Preparation

Wash the zucchini well and cut it in half lengthwise. Dig lightly with a spoon, being careful not to puncture the skin.
