you will love our monstrous bolognese pasta

A great classic revisited especially for the occasion. Don’t worry, these spaghetti are as delicious as they are scary.

If trick-or-treating is the highlight of Halloween, the menu prepared for the occasion is also intended to be festive. On the menu are bloody cocktails, scary bites and disgusting desserts (but delicious, don’t worry).

As a main course, several options are available to you, cut-finger hot dogs, toothed hamburgers or demonic pumpkin pie… It’s a veritable parade of monstrosities on the plate.

Another idea that will please both children and adults: Halloween spaghetti bolognese with their bloody tomato coulis and their monster eyes in a ball.
A recipe that is both quick and delicious and stays in the theme of the festivities.

Chop the parsley.

Mix the beef, pork, breadcrumbs, egg and parsley. Add salt and pepper.
Form meatballs by rolling them in the palms of your hands.
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan. Cook the meatballs there by searing them first for 1 minute over high heat, then for 5 minutes over low heat. Add the tomato coulis.

Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and reserve.

Place slices of mozzarella balls on top of the meatballs and let melt, covered, for a few seconds.

Cut olive strips from the mozzarella slices to form the pupil.

Tip: If you want to make the pasta look brainy, color it with beet juice or natural pink food coloring.
