Ingredients
2 puff pastries
200 g ground beef
50 cl of tomato sauce
1 onion
1 teaspoon of paprika
1 teaspoon of cumin
4 tablespoon of olive oil
1 egg
salt
pepper
The steps of the horror pie recipe
Serves 4 Preparation time: 30 mins Cooking time: 47 mins
Chop the onion and brown it in olive oil for about 5 minutes. Add the minced meat and cook for 2 minutes, while breaking it up with a wooden spoon. Add the tomato sauce, cumin, paprika, salt and pepper and simmer for 10 minutes. Reserve.
To prepare the pie, place a circle of puff pastry in a pie mold. Prick it with a fork, then garnish it with the minced meat mixture. Cut out a scary face shape on the second circle of puff pastry, and place it on top of the filling. You can of course help yourself with a cardboard pattern.
