3 tablespoons of salty soy sauce
1 teaspoon of ginger powder
4 tablespoons of sunflower oil
1/2 teaspoon sweet chili powder or freshly ground pepper
2 tablespoons sherry or dry white wine
2 teaspoons of cornstarch
1 generous tablespoon of honey,
50 g red pepper
To prepare this disconcertingly simple recipe, mixin a large salad bowl, the beef cut into strips with 3 tablespoons of oil, soy sauce, wine, chili pepper, ginger and cornstarch.
Film and set aside to cool for an hour.
Afterwards, chop chives and cut the flesh of the pepper into fine brunoise, set aside.
Slice the shallots lengthwise into strips and sweat them in a little oil over medium heat, add the beef and leave cook five minutes over medium heat.
Pour honey at the end of cooking and leave to caramelize for a few minutes.
Decorate the dish with chives and diced peppers, then serve with rice.
