The France Bleu markets tour is in Laval on Saturday, October 21

From September 20 to October 22, France Blue is making its market tour to highlight short circuits and local know-how in partnership with Domitys. The Mayennaise stage takes place in Laval, Place Saint-Tugal, on Saturday October 21 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.

In the heart of the Laval market, the chef of the hotel restaurant “Perier du Bignon” Nicolas Vannier and our host Clarisse Frigoul will launch a new challenge at a time when prices are rising: cooking a complete menu for six people for 30 euros in a short supply chain. Leader Nicolas Vannier will select and buy the products on the market, the opportunity to meet the sellers and producers present in Laval and to hear them talk about their profession with passion.

During two previous editions in 2022, the market tour stopped in Mayenne at Ernée and Château-Gontier-sur-Mayenne.
