Recipe: Tunisian tagine with spinach

Ingredients
- 250 g spinach
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tomato
- 2 chicken breasts
- 5 eggs
- 200 g grated Gruyère cheese
- 2 potatoes
- 11 g of baking powder
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation :
- Wash and hull the spinach leaves.
- Cut the tomato into cubes.
- Peel and crush the garlic.
- Chop the onion.
- Peel and cut the potatoes into cubes.
- Cut the chicken into cubes.
- In a pan, brown the spinach and olive oil.
- Add the onion, garlic cloves, tomato and chicken. To book.
- In a saucepan, cook the potatoes.
- Drain and reserve.
- In a salad bowl, mash the potatoes, add the eggs, grated cheese, baking powder and spinach,
- Add salt and pepper and mix.
- Pour the mixture into a gratin dish.
- Sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
- Bake for 25 minutes at 180°C
