  • 1kg of pork ribs
  • 10cl of tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of Ketchup
  • 1 C. mustard
  • Salt pepper
  • Honey
  • Oil
  • Chili powder

Preparation :

1. For even cooking on the barbecue, cut the pork ribs into four equal pieces. Reserve.

2. Make the barbecue sauce. Mix all the ingredients and marinate the meat for at least 30 minutes in the sauce. All the meat must be soaked in the preparation.

  • 1 piece of 500g beef in the tab
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 100g mustard
  • 1 C. to s. olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 red peppers
  • 2 onions
  • 1 sprig of thyme

Preparation :

1. Start by cutting the beef into thick pieces. Reserve in a salad bowl.

2. Peel, degerm and crush the garlic. In a bowl, mix: garlic, mustard and a drizzle of olive oil. Season.

3. In a dish, marinate the meat with this preparation. Then, refrigerate for 4 hours.

4. Seed and cut the peppers into large cubes.

5. Peel and cut the onion into thin slices. In a salad bowl, place all the vegetables cut into small pieces with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, pepper and the sprig of thyme. Reserve in the fridge.

  • 6 chicken breasts
  • 1 yellow lemon
  • 6 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • Olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 teaspoons of curry powder
  • Mint leaves
  • Salt pepper

Preparation :

1. Start this recipe by peeling the garlic cloves. Then, slice them finely.

2. Using a press, squeeze the lemon. Reserve the juice in a bowl. Add two tablespoons of olive oil, garlic, soy sauce, curry and previously cut mint leaves.

1. Unroll the roast veal lengthwise.

2. Spread the inside with pesto. Then roll it up on itself. Salt and tie the roast veal.

3. On a hot barbecue, place the roast on the oiled grill covered.

4. Leave to cook for approximately 45 minutes.
