Gastronomy: roast pork

Attention lovers of good food and calories, one rarely goes without the other. Today, Météo à la carte serves you a roast pork with bacon and cheese, in other words the famous Orloff roast pork!

Ingredients :

– Roast fillet


– Leeks

– Potatoes

– Onions

– White wine

– Smoked bacon

– Raclette

– Olive oil

– Sour cream

Recipe :

1. Slice onions.

2. Add white wine.

3. Make incisions in the roast fillet.

4. Cut up some smoked bacon and raclette.

5. Insert the bacon and raclette into the roast.

6. Add the roast with the onions then bake for 1 hour at 180º.

7. Add the cut potatoes and butternut to boiling salted water, covered.

8. Slice and chop the leeks then cook them over medium heat with a little white wine and a little olive oil.

9. Add crème fraîche to the butternut and potato puree and to the leeks.
