Biarritz: Come discover the genius of the chefs of the Basque Country

The countdown has begun for epicureans of gastronomy and the culinary art in particular. Indeed, from October 27 to 29 at the Halles de Biarritz, the Culinary Heritage Days (JPC) will take place. An event not to be missed, especially if you are an aficionado of the food industry and good food but also a fervent defender of the ecological issue, particularly the problem of transport by promoting short circuits.

After conquering the Gers during the last three editions, it is the turn of the surfing capital to host the JPC, on the forecourt of the Halles de Biarritz. This place, around which delicious restaurants are already established, is perfectly suited to the theme of the event. These days, sponsored for the occasion by the two famous chefs, Andrée Rosier and the unmissable Thierry Marx, will feature other big names in gastronomy.

Structured around four highlights, a Chefs’ village, a culinary demonstration workshop, a gourmet dinner and a Large Local Producers’ Market will be on the menu.
