To make this recipe for 4 peopleyou need to :

  • 2 tablespoons of curry powder
  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 10 sheets of brick
  • 3 chicken cutlets
  • 1 granny apple
  • 1 shallot
  • 10 cl of liquid cream

The steps to make our best brick sheet recipe

Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 25 minutes

To start this delicious recipe, cut the chicken cutlets into small pieces and marinate them in a bowl with oil and curry (optional if you don’t have time). Also take the opportunity to preheat your oven to 180°C.

Then cut the apple into pieces and slice the shallot. When the chicken has marinated, cook it in the pan and add the cut apple, shallot and liquid cream at the end of cooking. Bring everything back for two to three minutes over low heat.

When your oven is hot, cut the brick sheets in half, and add a tablespoon of chicken on one side of the sheet. Fold the entire sheet to form a triangle.

Finally, place the brick sheets to be cooked on a plate and place them in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Once the triangles are golden brown, all you have to do is enjoy!
